British Team Chasing is committed to raising standards, building confidence, and supporting riders at every level of the sport.
Throughout the year, we will work with well-renowned and highly regarded coaches to deliver training days specifically tailored to team chasing.
These sessions are designed to cover the key components of successful team chasing, from jumping technique and balance at speed, to riding accurate team chasing lines, pace control, communication, and riding effectively as a cohesive unit.
Training is open to individuals. However, as team chasing is all about competing alongside your friends, we strongly encourage teammates to attend together to maximise the benefit, learning, practising, and developing as a team.

We are delighted that one of the country’s leading coaches, Jo Aston, will organise and run the first Team Chasing Clinic, kindly hosted by Lottie Crocker at Loddon Court Farm.
The clinic will focus on the core principles of an effective and safe team round, highlighting a repeatable structure and techniques for confident riding.
It is aimed at riders new to team chasing, as well as those looking to step up from Novice to Intermediate level, and provides an excellent opportunity for a solid schooling session ahead of the season.
Provisional Schedule
- 10:00am – Arrival & briefing
- Morning ridden session
- 12:00pm – Lunch
- Afternoon team riding exercises
- Final round-up and feedback
- Finish approximately 2:00–2:30pm
(Final timings will be confirmed closer to the date.)

MEMBERS PRICE - £80
As part of our commitment to supporting and developing the sport, BTC has worked with the organisers to secure a preferential rate for members. This clinic is being offered at a subsidised price to ensure it remains accessible while delivering high-quality, specialist team chasing coaching.
BTC Members benefit from a discounted rate as part of their membership package, while non-members are very welcome to attend at the standard price.
